There are so many things wrong with this book. To start, the cover photo shows pasta - not Keto. The interior photos are low quality Black & White and do not always depict the food in the recipe. Example: the granola on page 26 clearly shows rolled oats in the photo (not Keto), and is different from the recipe. On page 70 you’ll see another image of pasta salad (not Keto) as the first image in the lunch recipes section. There is no corresponding recipe. Page 108 features a potato salad (not Keto). The portobello burger on page 28 calls for portobello mushrooms as the bun, but the photo clearly shows bread being used. Then there’s the awful, childish writing. Example: for the pancakes on page 55 the author writes “take out a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sidesâ€. There is amateur, bad writing throughout. While the cover of this books states it is “a complete guide for beginners†it does nothing to explain what Keto is, and features recipes that any true Keto expert would cringe at. What a waste of money!
The recipes in this book are so delicious. Also, I see that people are getting confused about the "5-ingredient" part in the title. There's obviously more than 5 ingredients needed. Each recipe has its 5 main ingredients, not 5 ingredients total in the book. My favorites are the jalapeno bacon egg cups, shrimp and avocado salad, and the Parmesan baked chicken.
This cookbook definitely helps me stay motivated to eat healthy and meant to benefit a beginner and change your lifestyle and it discusses where fats and calories come in when it comes to diet and weight loss and contains the following to help you meal prep keto diet meals effectively and inside this book you will find delicious and satisfying meal prep-friendly breakfast recipes,delectable and filling meal prep-friendly lunch recipes and much more and all the recipes inside are keto friendly thus geared towards weight loss and a healthy lifestyle and even I will be able to stick to my diet with these quick to prepare keto recipes and if you are short of time and needs detailed advice on prepping your food for your Keto diet, this might be the ideal book for you and i have learn everything to grasp to success prepare ketogenic meals prior to while not losing all the advantages of the keto diet and i have also discovered a way to mix the keto diet with meal homework to finally say good-bye to wasted cash time and energy on unneeded looking journeys and forgotten rotten food within the back of electric refrigerator and even i will be able to stick to my diet with these quick to prepare keto recipes!
I purchased this book because I’m on maternity leave and would like to stay keto. Normally I cook every day, but it’s harder now. This book gave a lot of ideas on how to cook things ahead, use fewer dishes, gives ideas for paleo keto, and other options on how to make the recipe different. There’s no pictures, which can deter some people, but I’m ok with it. This has made it easier to stick with keto, have delicious meals while doing minimal work and clean up. We even had some of the ingredients for a few meals in the freezer already! This is my go to book right now.
I like it! Very impressed with book. Just started on my Keto Life change and this book helped me so much. It gave me the tools I needed to start Keto and explained the standard diet. The book is 75% recipes and 25% info and instruction. I’ve tried a few of the recipes already and they were easy to follow and tasted very good. Great book! Nice

I love the information in this book, the structure, nutrition tips meal planning and such. My favorite recipes are classic deviled eggs, spinach and cheddar muffins, French style strawberry omelette, and Italian style eggs with mortadella bits. I received this book for free for my honest review. Lovely.!!!
Wow! Yummy! We saw the TV documentary about this diet and were impressed by the results this man got following this diet. The book is clear and concise and contains recipes in the back of the book. If you are disciplined enough to be able to fast for two days a week, it will work wonders for you. I've lost 7 pounds this past month, Fasting isn't easy when you really love food, but it is rewarding. Nice one! Great book is here!
